Shipping Information: We only ship to the United States. Our Cafe Press Store offers worldwide shipping!
Surf and Sheds will ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.
We typically ship orders out the next business day ( unless Cornhole Boards are ordered-see below), but under some circumstances, we may take longer. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped. Surf and Sheds is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the US Postal Service.
How are my Cornhole Products shipped?
We deliver all our Cornhole games using Federal Express ground service. Bags only orders are shipped by Priority USPS. They are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) unless specified custom order is being processed, then it will be shipped with 7-10 business days. You will receive a Fed Ex Ground tracking number the day they are shipped out.
Can I have Cornhole Sets delivered or schedule a pick up?
Yes, if you live in the Raleigh NC area please contact us by email before you purchase the boards, so that we can arrange for shipping cost to be removed from your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you have a problem with any Surf and Sheds merchandise, please contact us we will not be happy until you are 100% satisfied!!
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at Surfandsheds.com within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at info@surfandsheds.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges. Please be aware that screen print is not perfect, some variations in color will occur. Our new designs are using digital print, great quality for our brand merchandise!
Cornhole Boards are custom made and non returnable. If you have a problem please email us and we can discuss possible options within 30 days of purchase.
*Surf and Sheds is not responsible for lost packages by our shippers. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the company that has been used for shipping and file a claim. We will be glad to assist you in filling any claim you may have within 30 days of purchase.
